Since its creation, the Parc animalier des Pyrénées has been committed to the protection of wildlife, and an endowment fund, Pyrénées Conservation, has set up a number of programs for the conservation of endangered animals.

Every visitor to the park contributes to the financing of these programs.

Educational workshops are organized to raise public awareness of biodiversity in a fun and educational way.

Children are invited to participate in the workshops, to learn about the importance of nature conservation and environmental protection.
